★ Good dredging performance.
1) Good cavitation performance ensures strong suction capacity of the pump, while achieving greater excavation depth and higher inhalable concentration.
2) Large impeller channel width and strong flow capacity.
3) The performance curve drops sharply, making the mud pump more adaptable to changes in discharge distance.
4) Multiple adjustments of pump performance can be achieved by changing the pump speed or changing the impeller diameter.
★ Good wear resistance and long service life of overcurrent parts
1) The impeller, sheath, lining plate and other flow passage components are made of strong wear-resistant alloy cast iron, with a hardness of no less than 50HRC. They not only have strong impact resistance but also high wear resistance.
2) In the product design process, the service life matching between components is fully considered, and the replacement cycle of wear-resistant parts is basically the same, reducing maintenance and replacement costs.
★ Low water loss, high efficiency, and low power consumption
Due to the use of advanced hydraulic models, the efficiency level of the mud pump is high, averaging 2-3 percentage points higher than that of imported mud pumps, resulting in lower fuel consumption at the same production rate.
★ The shaft seal is reliable and leak free
The shaft seal of the DG300 * 250-DG650 * 500 dredging pump adopts a mechanical seal or a composite seal of mechanical seal and packing seal. The DG700 * 600-DG1200 * 1000 dredging pump shaft seal adopts a spiral sleeve L-shaped rubber seal, which is composed of three L-shaped sealing rings and a threaded shaft sleeve. In order to improve the service life of the shaft seal, a sand water separator is equipped to ensure the quality of the shaft seal water.
★ Bearing selection
We use both domestically produced and imported SKF bearings, paired with our company's developed forced lubrication system, to ensure the lifespan of the bearings and also provide monitoring of their operating conditions.
